Biography

Scott Bartell, JD, is an attorney and Programme Manager at the Trust Fund for Victims at the International Criminal Court. Mr Bartell joined the Trust Fund in 2007, where he oversees victim reparation and assistance programming in cases and situations under the jurisdiction of the ICC. Mr Bartell is based in Kampala, Uganda at the ICC field office and directs programmatic initiatives in Georgia, Kenya, and Uganda.

As a senior manager and attorney Mr Bartell has a prominent record of accomplishments on a range of issues such as humanitarian relief operations, post-conflict assistance, transitional justice programming, victim reparation and assistance programming, international humanitarian law, humanitarian protection, and water and sanitation.
