Morrison Rwakakamba

Morrison Rwakakamba is the Global Senior Director of Policy at Fenix International. He was the founding CEO at Agency for Transformation, a think and do tank on agriculture, energy and environmental policy. Morrison was also a CEO of Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Special Assistant to the President of the Republic of Uganda from 2013 to 2017. He holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University as well as a in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies from Makerere University.
