Dr Irene Winnie Anying

Dr Anying Irene Winnie (Ph.D.) is the Country Director for Avocats Sans Frontieres in Uganda. She holds a doctorate in Peace and Conflict Studies, an LLM in International Law of Human Rights and Criminal Justice, Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and a Bachelor of Laws.  Dr Anying has expertise on International Human Rights Law and Criminal Justice Systems, Transitional Justice, Land justice and Administration. Dr Anying has coordinated access to justice programmes in Uganda across various spectrums for over a decade.
