Shaban Mugumya

Shaban Mugumya is a third-year student of Political Science and Public Administration at Makerere University. He is also a member of the Makerere University Political Science Association. Focusing especially on political science and governance-related topics, he is one of four winners of the Geopolitics Student Debate at Makerere University.
