Ivan Bwowe

Ivan Bwowe Ivan is a lawyer and Research Fellow at the Great Lakes Institute for Strategic Studies. He is a petitioner in the High Court case against the Attorney General and Uganda Association of External Recruitment Agencies on human trafficking and labour externalisation. Ivan was the 80th guild president of Makerere University. He holds a degree in law from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre.
